 select young talents from their countries for this ensemble\, who then imp
 rovise and present a joint program as part of these events. A real talent 
 factory\, which can also be seen by the fact that last year\, for example\
 , Mona Matbou Riahi was part of our 'Melting Pot' – this year her project 
 is performing our opening concert.
